Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roseville

We had a wonderful time sitting outside in the beautiful sun and enjoying the delicious food.

I absolutely adore Chipotle! It is my go-to place for delicious food. The location is fantastic and the food never disappoints. My stomach was completely satisfied when I walked out.

First, I have to applaud any Chipotle employee who deals with non-stop difficult customers. I witnessed a man being very particular about his order, saying he only wanted a little bit of rice but then complaining that it was too much. The employee handled it professionally, offering to add extra rice for an additional charge. As I enjoyed my meal, I noticed a woman taking her time to order and asking detailed questions, sounding like a personal trainer or nutritionist. Despite the picky customers, the food items in my bowl were fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

The portions at this restaurant are skimpy! I went to Chipotle expecting a satisfying burrito bowl that I could usually get two meals out of. However, this location consistently serves small portions compared to other Chipotle locations in the Twin Cities area.

The management at this restaurant is very poor. I visited in the evening around 6:30 pm after shopping and was told that they were no longer making certain toppings for the evening, even though they close at 8. It was frustrating to pay over $8 for a meal and not get what I wanted. I had to ask for extra toppings four times because they were very stingy with them. This location is not convenient to go to. I recommend going to the Chipotle off Snelling instead, where they have good service.
