Przekaż informację zwrotnąI was surprised that this place should be 3 star rating, in person I would give it 1. The door wouldn't lock if I didn't take it off and used furniture very much. The shower was just Luke warm. To round it off when I was on the Christmas morning, I found that 2 of the tires were thrown on my car and most of the cars in the parking lot also had thrown tires. If the useless management does not want to store the rooms, at least have security in your parking space. It won't come back.
This hotel is conveniently located near Islip Airport. Ideal for a pre- or post-flight stay. The facility is large and needs updates, but was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We went to the Full Bar/Restaurant and had a dinner (Kochsalat and rueben-delicious) and liberations before the start. They also offer a shuttle service to/from the airport. Enjoy!
I came to the town for the wedding. I was familiar with the area where I explored several other hotels in the area. I checked the pictures and felt that the hotel delivered an accurate display of the facility. Well, these pictures on the website were all lies!!!! Nothing looked like it was shown. The front of the hotel looked down and once in the lobby the charm continued. I understand that we still have Covid and it's aftermath, but this place was ridiculous. The lobby was shut down and the furniture was stained. When we checked in, it was said that there was absolutely no smoking at the hotel! It was repeatedly stressed. That was good because we don't smoke. We were then informed that there was a $100 deposit to damage in advance for our hotel stay with the representative 2 days before. If we have paid with our card, it would take up to 14 until it has returned to us as soon as the room has been checked at the end of our stay. If we made money available for the deposit, we would return our money immediately. We gave the $100 and got our keycards. We went to our room, which led us through 2 rooms with the stinginging smell of marijuana into the hallway. We were tired and the room seemed pretty clean. We went and went to eat and as soon as we came back to our room we were greeted by a guest who played loud music from a boombox and smoked at the entrance!!! We returned to our rooms where there seemed to be a kind of party on our floor. I tried to call the reception, but lo and see the phone in our room didn't work. I had to take the trek to the lobby to file a complaint. I was told that it was safe. No! The next morning we tried to take showers, but the water was 2 degrees north of cold. I contacted the reception by going allllllllll the way down to the reception. I was told that was strange because the hotel was usually too hot the problem of water. I said this was not the case because our room cannot be included in this system. She said she'd send Jose to the room. Jose ' came 90 minutes later my family had already taken showers and was dressed to go. There were a limited amount of towels available. No service, unless requested. The bathrooms in the lobby had no TP and broken urinals. The toilet seemed clogged or rinsed slowly. It wasn't used by us. I had to get a piston to release the block. I stayed on campsites that were cleaner and had better amenities. I would tell everyone who wants to stay here NOT do!!! The staff is uninterested and incompetent. The hotel is dirty and not kept. The pictures are more than likely when the hotel was built. I wish I could say more, but my hands are tired.
What a terrible night. We went through Atlanta to Venice. Everything was fine. Baggage on the plane, left on time, dinner was actually good and I feel quite easy for our 9 hours flight to Venice. 4 hours in our flight the captain came and said there was a medical emergency with a passenger and we had to redirect to JFK. Arrival at 2:30 a.m. and after every departure from the plane we were notified that there are no hotel rooms anywhere near the airport. Long story short Delta out is in this absolutely terrible hotel. Don't stay here! Period! It's extremely down... the care came into our room... the hotel smells... we managed to sleep three hours. This morning we ordered breakfast compliments from Delta... huge disappointment. I ordered Blueberry pancakes with extra blueberries and three cold pancakes with two blueberries in just one, not in the other two. The eggs of my wife, where sad! I think we should have stayed at the airport. I repeat. Don't stay here. Delta should be ashamed!
I was charged for $200USD in room service that I did not order. Terrible, fraudulent, do not stay here. It looks like we were charged for a different room's room service.
