He then proceeded to give me a receipt and a supposed refund receipt which showed $7.11, however that was 8 days ago. I don'tbelieve a refund takes 8 days. If that $7.11 means that much to you just ask. NEVER go here.
The worst Dunkin ever, they cheat you on the hash browns instead of 6 they give you 4, there hot chocolate is wateryyyy and they never have orange or apple juice and them girls have no customer service manners, to focused on there cell phones instead ofthe Order!!!!

TOTAL GARBAGE ! 1st RED FLAG! No ham for the sandwiches anymore . I can't believe I actually paid 5 dollars for a frickin' egg and cheese croissant! And it was frickin' burnt too! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Now I remember why I stopped going to corporate franchiserestaurants like this POS ! Never again!!! Just confirmed what I always believed! DUNKIN DONUTS SUCKS!
Ordered a hot latte and apple fritter. Got a cold latte and a jelly donut. It?s not that hard.
