Early's Bbq - WILLIS

I really do 5 star this small town community restaurant. Cause that is just what it's rated on here. Ask me the truth I would most definitely. Give it is highest rating on the Libra . Balanced like gold. An struck like a silver ore. Good BBQ AN Atmosphere. Don't even have to look twice or ask cause I'm laying my opinion an experience of Good kitchen Cooking here. Come out if you haven't yet. Really don't think you'll be letting your taste buds down.

I recently moved back to Texas, it 's been over 20+ years since I lived here. 1 of the first things I had to do was see if Early 's BBQ was still in business. So a great big thank to all of Early 's family for keeping it going! Seriously; if you have never ate BBQ here, you have no idea what brisket really is! I 've traveled all over the US this is THE VERY BEST brisket in the entire United States! They have other incredible foods just as great, everything is home made but my favorite is the brisket! Mr Early: you are very missed but you 'd be so proud of your folks keeping it going!

Fire hole in the wall spot. Food was great, got the chicken and the brisket and both were better than 99% of what youll find elsewhere and is filling, great value.
