Terrible experience with home ordering with Just Eat! But the treatment they gave us on the phone was even worse. The indifference and superficiality with which they dismissed our questions is embarrassing. 8.25pm order for two sandwiches and two chips. Since it was Saturday we were prepared to wait. Estimated delivery time 8.50pm. At 9.20pm we called for the first time and they reassured us that the rider was on his way. Updated delivery time on the app is 9.50pm. We called back at 10pm. They checked further and then came to the conclusion that the Just Eat POS had not printed the order and therefore they could not do anything about it. Telling us to call Just Eat to have the charge cancelled. I would have preferred a minimum of professionalism in trying to resolve the problem. We will never set foot in the restaurant again, much less order at home. Very bad experience. Rudeness and lack of professionalism. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Excellent sandwiches, many types of fried foods, menu with potatoes included, made by them, around €12 and €15 for the maxi hamburger, the must and the egg and truffle sandwich, drinks to be added. Perhaps a small and chaotic environment some evenings, but very characteristic. We went for dinner on Saturday evening, the place as always was very nice and well looked after but the quality of the food has really dropped compared to previous years. We ordered chicken rings that looked like fried sausages (the inside was completely pureed except for the occasional piece of something unidentifiable) The hamburger was average but served in really bad bread and the chips arrived cold. Finally, given that it is a place frequented by many families with children (on Saturday apart from one table there were all tables with children) I would recommend providing a menu for the little ones too.
