Brian's Cheesesteaks - Rocky Mount

This is a great establishment and a very friendly atmosphere. I feel welcomed from the minute I walked in. I ordered and we were very satisfied food was amazing. So we ordered food for my 2 assistants to go. Took to them and had to give one a epipenn injection bc we requested no onions or peppers and both cheesesteaks had alllllloooottt of onions. Call back they apologized said when we came back they would replace both meals. So went back Wed and no can't replace wheres the food well considering we didn't want anyone else that's allergic to eat it by chance we threw away. Noone told us to save it. Receipt don't have that I paid for it all together on dine in and out together so. They said no well I paid again for meals only for one to have onions still. I love their food when it's right but come on can I get a break. Still recommend though

My coworker told me about this place and I wanted to try it for myself. I placed an order online which was pretty easy to do. Once I got my food and took a bite, there was a piece of plastic in my cheesesteak. I tried calling but they’re closed. I’m very disappointed.

Food wasn't good service was ok the help wasn't nice it was like we was bothering them

Food was great! We had Cheese steaks, fries, and ice cream. Service was great even if it was a little busy. I liked that you can pay by using an app if you want to. That kept me from standing in line to pay. My only negative was there was a few napkins on the floor, crumbs on a seat. I feel like the floors need a good stripping and wax. But like I said it was a little busy. Very friendly staff! I would go again. Kid-friendliness: Wish they had 100% juice for kids.

Always great friendly ladies. Good is terrific. Sit anywhere there is an open table table. Order food and I'm 5-10 minutes you're chowing down. Easily One of my top 10 places to eat in town.The shakes are super thick and delicious as well.
