The lines were long in both the drive-thru and the lobby. The staff at the front were openly complaining about their coworkers, which created a negative atmosphere. It seemed like they were short-staffed. At one point, the manager walked in, went to the restroom, and then left without addressing the situation. I believe that if the front-line workers had more support, things would have gone more smoothly.
The wait was excessively long, and the egg and cheese biscuit was served lukewarm. Additionally, the condition of the bathroom was quite unpleasant. I can only hope that the previous user is feeling better now. Despite the presence of many staff members, something clearly went wrong, and we have decided not to return to this restaurant.
I really enjoyed the borounds. I especially liked the name, which made me want to order more! Lol. Are we fresh? Food: 5/5.
On a day like Christmas Eve, I wouldn’t expect a chicken restaurant to have such poor service, but unfortunately, that was the case. The wait time was terrible—I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my fried chicken while other customers received their orders much faster. I checked on my order twice, but one of the employees seemed completely disinterested. The cashier appeared to either take a break or leave, leaving another employee to "assist" who then went on to ask a customer who had ordered after me about their food. Frustrated, I decided I couldn’t wait any longer and made sure they were aware of my order and how long I had been waiting.
