Quick drop in. Quick service. Food was hot and good. Shared a plate with wife.

Not to impressed with the food. Small portions. Rather cold. Great

Worst ever. Almost no beef in the beef and broccoli. Didn't open it until we got home or would have asked for refund or other entree. Will go elsewhere for Chinese. Outrageous should have just said they were out of beef.

I really love this place alot but the service is so annoying somtimes. everytime i come through the drive through i order a Plate of just chow mein and they always wanna talk back and try to get me to get a bowl instead if i wanted a bowl i would say i want a bowl when i order a plate of chow mein just say ok and move on with my order and because they want to debate with me over my order they almost always get my order wrong tonight i ordered my normal plate of chow mein the girl debates with me then i order a BIGGER plate with my items but she only gives me a regular plate because she was to busy arguing with me over the size of the chow mein i wanted she got my other order wrong and its consistent almost every time i go there and its getting frustrating at this point as an employee when i say i want a plate of chow mein just take the order say ok and move on i already know you have bowls of chow mein so if i want a bowl ill order a bowl take my order down the way i say it so you dont keep messing up the rest of my order thanks

The only reason I wasn't satisfied with my service today at panda express was because I feel as a customer when ordering and paying for food at a establishment you should be treated top tier as such as little things pay close attention to what the person is ordering and don't sell false promises.I ask the young lady would she be able to to take the vegetables off my chicken and she told me thats she would and ended up putting more vegetables than chicken and that really upset me as a loyal customer because I would've just order my original double orange chicken! The food was presented sloppy was a waste of time going to that location never again I'll drive out 30 minutes to the next closest Panda before I return back to Location #1167 Rockwall Tx! For some reason the staff always give me a problem when it's the closest establishment to my house and they see my face at least 3-4 times a week in the drive-thru and inside ordering ! Today the portion of the food wasn't correct and I feel if i'm going to pay my hard earned money to you guys i would love to get treated with some respect and care whenever you dealing with any of the customers.! The only reason why I'm sending this in is because I'm a loyal customer and I expect a change from that establishments never have a problem at any other store ! And If you're going to have a bunch of teens working the restaurant at least have them trained up to have better customers service!
