The Breakfast Club - Rockville Centre

The food was tasty, but the service was awful. I ordered a drink and waited for thirty minutes, only to find out that it hadn't even been made yet. The restaurant wasn't even crowded, so there was no reason for such terrible service. In the end, we had to ask for the drink to be taken off the bill.

It was loud, but the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The music they played was great even though it was loud. I loved that the entire front of the restaurant was open for airflow. Great for a date or out with friends, not so great for little kids.

Service was very slow and took a long time. Hard to get the waiters attention. Food was just okay chicken was rubbery. Didn't think the quality of food was good for the price. Would choose other spots in the area next time.

Upon arrival there was no hostess present. The area we were seated smells, needs to be deodorize! Service was slow and the food was cold. Looks like there's no supervision for staff... To top it off no garbage in the bathroom and sanitary napkin was on the top of the toliet! And no soap to wash your hands in both bathrooms? Really turned me off with this. Maybe there are more restrooms?

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only issue was that our table was a bit wobbly, but that's a minor complaint. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
