Really sad to see this place closed. Amazing food and a super sweet owner. Always enjoyed seeing him. Sending the business my best.

I had to try this place when I found it on Yelp. I miss eating homemade Vietnamese jelly desserts from old gatherings with friends so I was excited to check it out. Nice bright spot with easy plaza parking. We had the classic bahn mi, Vietnamese coffee, and che. All were good. The che had so many yummy things in it like lychee, palm seed, and jackfruit that it was filling. It would be nice if they had sugar levels like bubble tea spots. They may have and I don't recall. Downside was a long wait time for what we ordered and there was only a table or two ahead of us. Would stop in again if we're ever in the area and need some of that dessert in my life.

Never had Pandan but was encouraged to try it.Do not regret it, it was super yummy.The mango tea was also super yummy.10/10 could come back when I'm in the area next. I want to try more of the menu.Parking: Lots of parking directly in front.

Best boba tea especially the toppings! Love love love ! Too bad they maybe relocating next month because of the rent. Now you all go try them!

Authentic Vietnamese iced coffee and one with salt foam.. delicious! Clean and modern place, quick and friendly service. I can’t wait to return to try their sandwiches, duck roll, ice creams and other authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
