I'm not sure if it's Jason's fault or if the staff were having a bad day, but when I came in today, the atmosphere was completely different. It was also the first time I had seen him. The girls working under him seemed untrained and uncomfortable. Jason made poor smoothies and I'm certain he missed my modification and then lied when I asked about it. He didn't say anything besides my name when I left, even though I told him to have a great day. Overall, he had a bad attitude. I probably won't be coming back here; I've heard the Sierra College location is better.
I believe I had Chloe as my server, and unfortunately she overcharged me for two drinks because my Apple Pay didn't have enough funds. Even though I paid the remaining amount in cash, she charged me the full price in cash and took $5 off my card. Despite leaving her a tip, I found her to be very unprofessional and had a negative attitude. As a regular customer, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Great location; always clean and there's always parking available nearby. The employees are always super helpful and pleasant. The fruit is fresh; doesn't taste like it's about to turn rotten. Very filling so it works well as a lunch alternative for me.Great value.
