Dunkin Donuts is fine, the problem is that I order via the mobile app that people in the store have to go through so much with the drive and people go to the counter that they do not pay attention to mobile app orders. The mobile app does not have the same products available in the store. Unfortunately for the people who work there, they are left to deal with confusion and intensified customers. Make yourself a favor and don't waste your time with the mobile app, just go to the store or go through the drive thru and order the old fashion way.

Very busy but staff well trained. Order was completed very fast. Friendly staff. Greeted me when I came in.
