Worse customer service!! And place looks pretty dirty

So far it's the best Chinese place I've found in this area!

They need to fix the website, which does not allow you to place an order for delivery. If the store wants to depend on outside delivery services, they should state so upfront. Had to order through Grub Hub (yeah, please send me a request to do a survey...I dare you). Food was obviously packed in a rush and missed the attention to detail this restaurant normally provides. Evidence that the food was mishandled during transport, coupon items ordered were not included with the delivery, and no fortune cookies (after three years of weekly deliveries from a good place to eat. Please hire a delivery driver and fix the website. Atmosphere is fine for a delivery/pickup location.

I ordered through Grub Hub , and was VERY pleased with the food I ordered. The wonton soup and chicken lo mein were both tasty. It's my new go-to Chinese take out. I didn't like the Grub Hub delivery: no text advising it had been delivered, nor did the driver ring my doorbell, so the food sat outside in the cold, most likely for over an 1/2 hour. :

Consistently delicious we only order from here and have tried basically every other restaurant in the 10 mile radius. We keep coming back to China Garden!
