Kfc - Rock Island

Asked for no gravy, got gravy. Used a coupon for a 5 piece meal for two, only got 4 pieces of chicken. Employees were fine, food, not that good.

Just purchase a $36 meal at KFC in Rock Island Illinois 18th Avenue normally the chicken is nice and flavorful but today's chicken for my money had no flavor had no seasoning at all we also waited to get a fresh drop chicken thinking that it was goingto be good and it was not again this chicken tonight was not very good at all it had no flavor to it at all I did call speak tothe manager she gave me a nonchalant answer I give this chicken tonight KFC 1.0 Stars

How is this place still open the workers are rude can't get an order right . They always seem to be out of everything when you go to the drive thru. And trying to order what a waste of time KFC Corporate do something

Ordered though DoorDash when I got my order half was either incorrect or missing. I talked with DoorDash they confirmed that?s all they had been given. Tried calling the location they absolutely would not pick up the phone. I literally tried for 20minutes.

Kfc on 18th ave. Never going back. I seem to always have an issue at that location. Chicken looks like it has sat in there all day, only 2 teaspoons of mac n cheese. It looked old also, discolored, not creamy at all, dried up. I thought we used to get abiscuit with a 2 piece meal..maybe not, but there was no biscuit. That 2 piece box went straight in the trash. The drink, cokehad no carbonation, it was flat.
