Fiery Crab Juicy Seafood - Rock Hill

I don't like seafood. But my husband does, so we wanted to try. Forgot the name he had, but he liked it. I have chicken wings, they were good and sweet potatoes. Seafood is expensive, wings are not good enough to go back. But the hush puppies are the best I ever had in my whole life. Could make an order just to get it!

If I could give this place a negative star for bad service, I would. If you order To Go and use your foods ready at the time of arrival, do not expect this service in this facility. The only reason I'm doing this business is a 1 star because of the server and the cash register. I saw the servers clean tables and coordinates between new tables. I'd judge your service alone as 5. If you're in food, you'll be in good hands with her. The cashier assumes good management of the customers. I gave her an attitude to see how she would deviate, and I would give a 5 star as she remained calm and assured. Here is the Con: When asked why the food lasts so long, I was advised because the kitchen does not begin to make the food until you arrive. Typically how to go food works you order and expect your food to be done with a reasonable amount of time. I put an order at 19:00 and arrived at this store at 8:49. The kitchen JUST STARTED make orders to go. I am unclear for the purpose of letting every customer wait for over 2 hours, but it is a terrible strategy to return customers and really earn more revenue in general. If an order is placed and is completely a phone call should be given to the customer to advise this not only wait until they arrive to wait there longer. Remember that there were less than 7 people. Unfortunately, I am not sure who owns this business (previously), but they should probably stop and check there kitchen staff or rent better who appreciate customers. There was someone sitting on the stand when I assumed going back in the back to help, but when he was watching him, he went to the back to talk on the phone. Sad part is the food is good, but we live in a day and age where, if the customer does not feel appreciated for time or money, then the money is not given. I really hope the owner reads this review thoroughly and provides a kind of guidance for the terrible service given. This place could be ashamed, but the service is extremely bad. The 1 star was given to the server that works extremely hard and the checkout/bartender is doing her job well. Besides these 2 positives, everything about this experience was bad. It was kind of crowded when we went (Saturday night), so I didn't get any photos, but boy, oh boy was the food here well. Although they were busy service was good and the portion size was also good. I ordered the King Crab and King Crab goes to the market price and now the market price is high (as with all others) so I can not really comment as I probably order her most expensive dish. I can tell you that they weigh the crabs and then come and show how a pound looks to get your approval before they cook it. I was never in a place that did that before and thought that was great so I could add or change my mind if I didn't think it was enough to fill me. While I'm waiting for the food that was faster than I thought it would be that she'd hush puppies for a snack. My husband ordered crabcakes and killed them. He said they were the best he had since we moved south two years ago. We will definitely return.

Firey Crab was recommended for us to try this place. This place wasn't busy. It rained hard outside and it was a cold day. We really sat and our waitress was really friendly. We had 5 of us. We ordered Fried Pickles, Shrimp Fried Rice, Fried Jumbo Shrimp Basket, Fried Flounder Baskets, 2 Orders Hard Boiled Eggs and Snow Crab Legs mixed Seasoning mild. The Fried Pickles, Fried Shrimp, Eggs and Crab Legs were really good. The fried fish was okay. What really was a waste was the shrimp frying. That was disappointing! The rice was so hard. I couldn't eat it. I should have said something, but I think I just put it in the reviews. I'd probably try this place again if we get back on vacation.

I always order delivery but today.Seafood not as fresh today crab legs were soft overcooked. Food was too salty..Server was inexperienced and extra slow. Not a good impression for dining in this day. Just terrible today.
