We haven't visited since the new ownership and hope that nothing changed.

Food is really good and service is also greatThe fries have great seasoningThe only complaint I have is the chairs inside while light weight and easy to move are super uncomfortable and if you are 50-60 pounds overweight are a tad tight and the metal is not very comfortable at all and hurt to sit inI’m still giving a 5 star review because the food is what is important and I will eat here again

Overall was good, expecting the same food as last owner and not even close. Mozzarella sticks were under cooked. Fries were almost done but not quite.

This is not the same Patty Shack as the one 3-4 months ago. They are clearly under new management. The burger quality has declined significantly. What used to be a quality meat burger is now a burger of a lower quality. The roll has been replaced with a much lower quality roll. It was somehow wet.The yummy potato wedges are gone, replaced by mediocre crinkle cut fries. Same goes for the onion rings. Prices are about the same. Truly saddening what has occurred to save a couple bucks.

Ok so patty shack unfortunately is under new management which means menu changes. No more of your faves like the PSSpecial, and milkshakes. I will say I only ordered burgers, no sides and while I do appreciate the new “char-grill” style, I have to just give them an ok. BUT if you are comparing to old PS not even close. I’m sorry to say PS is not my fave anymore ?. Service was great and I really wanted to love it still but I cannot.
