Personal Chef Detroit Wandering Gourmet

I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience. We were excited for weeks leading up to our anniversary party. Sometimes my anticipation ends up being greater that the actual event. Not this time!! The food and service provided by Chef Dan, Chloe, and Joe exceeded my expectations, by far. It was a very special night and they were absolute icing on the cake. WOW!!! A hundred gold stars! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was driving today on Crooks Rd during traffic between 1205-1220 and this older man in a dark colored Subaru Impreza was behind me. I was going the speed limit which is 45 and the car in front of me is going the speed limit listed and this psychopath in a Subaru is honking his horn like a mad man. He seemed very unhappy for no reason and super impatient. We all hate traffic, Sir but that is never an excuse to put others in harms way. He was cutting people off and going wayyyy above the speed limit around 60+. He cut lanes to turn right onto Hamlin and putting so many people in danger. So unacceptable and very unprofessional to allow your employees to drive so reckless. There should be a speed tracker on those vehicles if he or others can’t fathom to drive safe.He looked so foolish and I had a kiddo in my vehicle. Just like the other review a fellow person said he has no regard for life, such a shame and so disappointing.

To say I was impressed would be an understatement. All of my expectations were met and exceeded from the first email with Liz to my satisfied guests and clean kitchen, all thanks to Chef Dan, at the end of our event. The lamb chop appetizer was out of this world, and the filet was one of the best I’ve had. All of the food and presentation of the food was completely on point.If you are a busy person and enjoy the ease of booking an entire event via email this is the private caterer for you! The whole team bleeds professionalism and the whole process is effortless. I am eager to book with Chef Dan for another amazing event!

Whoever is driving the Subaru Impreza is going to get someone hurt. No regards for others safety and constantly reaching in the back seat or in the phone while driving carelessly.

For our anniversary this year we decided to have a gourmet dinner in the best place in town: Our home (COVID 19, everything else was closed... !With the kids sleeping upstairs (no worrying about a babysitter we set down all dressed up (but no shoes and enjoyed the table Dan set for us. We were served with pre selected dishes, made specifically for our preferences, beautifully plated, that reminds the best restaurans we visited.Everything was delicious, the meats were made to perfection. The creme brulee was the perfect ending to a very special evenings.All thanks to Dan's cooking capabilities but also his lovely personality. Thank you Dan :
