Ihop - Rochester

The food was great and the staff was very friendly. But in any case, the place is underoccupied. Two ladies did well, but they're sorry to do everything. Pancakes were super soft. We had a Mexican with Churros and it was extremely sweet. Too sweet per person and we were looking for something spicy.

Theresa provides exceptional service at this restaurant! We had an amazing experience thanks to her attention. The food is incredible and perfect for families. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely and clean. I highly recommend this place for any time of day - it's fantastic!

This is the only IHOP in the area. They have made mistakes with our orders a few times, but they always make up for it well without any issues. The food is good, especially the butter pecan syrup, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend trying the butter pecan syrup, it's worth coming here just for that. I love getting the five-stack of buttermilk pancakes, especially with this syrup. I would give IHOP a rating of 4 out of 5 and the syrup a perfect 10 out of 10. Also, the coffee is not bad at all.
