Called in yesterday after a good walk. Was treated to a very welcoming host who served us good beers and beautiful food. Most recommended

Nice and quiet place. Like a lot You can't use Your mobile phone while You in a pub

My friend and I, both over the age of 60, stopped by for lunch at this restaurant after a long walk. While waiting for our food, my friend decided to quickly send a text to check on her grandson, but she was stopped by the manager who informed us that phone use was not allowed. Despite noticing the signs prohibiting mobile phones, we did not take them seriously. We felt scolded and uncomfortable, as if we were being watched like in the Big Brother reality show. The presence of CCTV cameras monitoring us from different angles only added to our unease. We doubt we will be returning to this restaurant.

The female bartender was a complete joke, the rudest person I have ever encountered. I felt very uncomfortable and would have had more conversation and joy from a dead body. I will never come back to this terrible place.

I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a pub before. The bartender was extremely rude. I will not be returning.
