Miss Federica, the owner, welcomes you in this small, warm environment, offering local products, well presented and even better cooked appetizers with ricotta cheese, local ham and sausage, fried pasta and veggies originally presented, excellent homemade pasta with tartufo or ragu meet souce) very much appreciate by both, my daughter and son, delicious homemade pastries. I have not tried the house wine but the selection of bottle of local wine selected by Federica deserve to be tried you won’t be able to get more for what you pay). We will go back!
Welcomed by the friendly and polite proprietor Federica when we entered (the door handle is pretty cool) an immediate sense of being at ease took over. It felt as if we were visiting a family friend! The decor was atmosphere was just perfect for its location within the hills. A mix of old and new, it’s a treat for the eyes as well as the tastebuds. We had a lovely mix of local and Tuscan dishes bought out for starters, all freshly prepared while we sipped on local Abruzzo wine. There was great music, creating a perfect atmosphere for my friends and I to enjoy the meal. My highlight was the pasta. Eggless, fresh and so tasty! I had mine with fresh truffles. I die, it needs to be had.
