I spend a ton of money on sports betting, the only comps we get are drink coupons, I rarely drink alcohol, they have figi water on the menu, but are always out.Take it off the menu, get it in stock, or I will continue to give bad reviews and possibly bet elseware..

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Service is terrible. 26 bucks for 5 shrimp laid on mashed potatoes. And the Italian beef sandwich is a joke. Tiny, no sauce, dry as a bone. Staff seems like they dont want you there, and thats from the front to the back. Makes zero sense to build a big new place then kill it with bad service and food. Clearly a management issue. You wilo regret it if u go here.

The food here is nothing special but they are proud of it. Took me an hour and 15 minutes to get a Cobb Salad. 2nd time there 4 of us paid $200 for a reservation table where we could use $200 toward tab. This was 1st round of 2021 ncaa tournament men's basketball tournament. Asking staff to put basketball games on is horrible. Get attitude from front house staff and people at sports book. Why not show the games you are letting us bet on!?!! Take my advise, just stay at Horseshoe! Great service at Sports Book tho. Everything else sucked!!

Shocked by the poor reviews! The food was far better than we expected and the service was unmatched. We got there about 6:15 and there were no tables but she said she could put us down for 7 and we could go play so we did. Showed back up at 7, table was ready. The wings were perfectly cooked, loved the BBQ dry rub. Dirty rice was cheesier than expected but like nothing I'd had before, very good. Polish sausage was on point. Service was perfect.

We had an amazing experience but I mainly credit that to the knowledge and outgoing personality of our bartender Brandon! He was wonderful , he made me an amazing drink , and made me a custom drink, because he took the time to listen and understand that I do not enjoy the flavor of alcohol. But the drink he made was perfect and I didn't even taste the alcohol....but it was there : I am giving two stars because after returning hoping to see Brandon again, was informed he was no longer employed there due to the reason of missing work to take care of his sick newborn child. I just can't understand how a company could be so unempathetic to the condition of an employee. Very disappointed.
