I enjoyed their tea, but I don't eat their chicken. However, it's a lovely, family-friendly place. Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5.

At this point, we checked online and confirmed that they opened at 10 AM, and it was around 10:30 AM. I tried calling, but no one answered. I then parked in front of the building, left my phone calling them, and went inside. There were at least five people working inside. A young girl and an older woman came to the counter, and I asked if they were open. The young girl said yes. I explained the situation, noting that they could see my car from where they were because I could see the drive-thru. Yet, no one answered the phone. Finally, the young girl offered the excuse that “the bell is off,” but she hadn’t checked; she just stood there. I told them that it wasn’t good for their business to ignore customers. The young girl remained silent and just stared at me, while the older woman said something in Spanish that I couldn’t understand since I don’t speak the language. I then left the store. As I walked out, I saw a van in the drive-thru, and I watched as the young girl and a child went outside to assist them. I truly don’t understand how any business in the service industry could ignore customers like this. I was very upset for wasting 15 minutes of my 30-minute lunch break without receiving any food. Given the limited dining options in Robinson, I’ve crossed this one off my list. After reading other reviews, it seems your service has been poor for quite some time. Liz, no more Bush's for me!
