Starbucks - Roanoke

Mike was the best. Made us feel right at house with his hospitality customer services.

I absolutely adore the Valley view Starbucks. I usually spend 5-7 mornings getting some type of food and coffee. I’ve always been greeted with smiles and I know I can rely on this Starbucks to start my mornings right. As a teacher, I know how hard it is to be short handed or work so long you feel exhausted to the core. I can’t thank and appreciate all hands at valley view Starbucks! Thank you for always being the best Starbucks ever!

Disappointed they had done away with my fav Frappuccino. Staff usually very friendly this day was a exception. Tried new Frappuccino but not much flavor.

Just visited this Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised the coffee was great again and the awesome customer service I received from Emalie was top notch!! It’s the things like this that makes customers come back to the Starbucks brand! Emalie you rock!!
