Mi Tapatia - Roanoke

Once you eat at Mi Tapatia, there's no longer any debate. Hands down, the best Mexican food in Roanoke.

Loved the posole, menudo and the tacos! They make their own tortillas which come out warm and soft. Soo good!

Food is great but they refused to accept International Dining Club coupon on this visit after accepting coupon on prior visit this year, alleging an 'error ' and change of management. I called the dining club manager who said they were aware of no dispute with the restaurant, which continued to refuse to honor the coupon. *June Update*: Management has subsequently contacted me to allow the discount on a future visit due to the misunderstanding. Much appreciated!

Hands down authentic af it is so delish. The marinated pork, chorizo, gordita, tacos everything was so good I inhaled it. Sorry, I wish I had taken more pictures but my tastebuds couldn't wait.. homemade sauces were on point. Going back for tres leches asap
