Bushi - Roanoke

I got the Sushi Burrito with Shrimp Tempura. It was so delicious! I wanted to go back and order another. No soda fountain machine, which I would have liked. But bottled beverages and water are available. Can’t beat the location and the price was very doable. Staff was friendly and talkative. Quality of ingredients was high. Would return in a heartbeat. My girlfriend got a regular Poke bowl that was also tasty and refreshing. We loved our stop into BUSHI.

Perfect spot to grab a quick bite. Reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly.

This place was really good! I was impressed with the variety, freshness, and amount of the vegetables served in the Poke bowl. The salmon was marinated in a ginger/soy sauce while the bowl of green-tea infused rice and veggies was being freshly prepared. I'll definitely be going back to try out the other things they have. The only complaint I would have is that the place is a little small, and the bar area you sit at wasn't very wide, and there wasn't a lot of room to put down something other than your tray.

LOVE Bushi. I love sushi and was so excited to give a Sushi (or Poke) Bowl a try. I definitely wasn 't disappointed in this place! Everything is so fresh and so good! I did a 'make your own ' bowl...you get to choose what goes in it kind of like Chipotle. The salmon is so yummy and I recommend adding the crab salad to anything you order even though it 's just a little extra!

Love these guys. Special-diet friendly. If you get burrito, it's like the equivalent of several rolls of sushi. The bowls, depending on what you put in them, it's even more. A perfect example of fair pricing for healthy (and delicious) eating.
