Great donuts a bit of a rough donut taste not really light on the stomach. The veggie sandwiches are great though.

Iced tea tasted like vinegar. Customer service they don't teach to say good morning or your welcome ??

Clean bathrooms always warrant 5 stars for Atmosphere. Great service with a smile and salutation, it's so hard to find today. Coffee? Well America Runs on Dunkin!

Closest to my home, gave them two chances a few months apart to fix their mistake. I need uncaffeinated coffee because my body is sensitive to caffeine (both shakes and aura migraines).Both times, I ordered in the drivethru. A medium decaf (about 4mg caffeine), and they gave me regular (about 200mg caffeine). The first time it happened, I had watched one of the workers pull the regular coffee from the tap and passed it off to me. I called them out on it, and they blatantly lied to me, so I went to another store (mentioned below) who didn 't question it and replaced my coffee correctly. I even admired and tipped the manager there who joked about it, "you didn 't go to right store. "Second time, though I didn 't get a chance to see it, not long after drinking the coffee, I began to feel the shakes and aura.I stopped caffeine a few years ago because of this, but I still like the taste, which is why I get decaf, and it helps with the urge. I don 't expect them to understand the caffeine sensitivity dangers, and it 's not their fault my body has these issues with it, but the aura migraine is extremely dangerous because I can be driving and suddenly be unable to see directly in front of me (not to mention I get a numbness throughout my body). They simply need to get the order right. I used to work at Starbucks for 5+ years, and we had standards. Thankfully, the symptoms will go away after a few hours...Anyway, I will only go to the store on Roebuck and Haverhill even though it 's further out. They are excellent and have never messed up my order.
