Jimmy John's - Riverton

Bread and Tuna not fresh. Understaffed. Technology breaking... Cash register and headsets. I've been happier with the other Jimmy John locations much more.

I ordered 5 sandwiches and chips at 11:50am for pick up. We got there about 12:15 after we got confirmation it was being made. After waiting 32 minutes our food still wasn't done. My husband went in and asked again and was told it would be done he watched as they were prioritizing the drive thru and door dash over our order and would stop making ours to push the others out that had just ordered.... we finally got to leave at 12:42 pm!!! If you want fast service do not go here.

I placed an order online with the business at 3:53 PM, by 4:51 with no delivery I called the store and was told the driver had 5 orders to deliver throughout the area. So I patiently wait. At 5:20 I call back and I am told that the driver has returned. I explained that I never received my food and he said it must have been delivered to the wrong house and if I ordered through Door Dash. I didn’t, but that shouldn’t have mattered. I will not be giving this location my business anymore.

DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. It’s literally a 1 minute and 20 second drive from my house and somehow takes them over an hour on each delivery order I’ve placed from this location. It’s been 5 delivery orders (out of desperation of being sick and starving) in the past year and a half that I’ve had the misfortune of needing to order from here and every time my food arrives with stale bread and soggy innards due to the time it takes. One of those times I made the mistake of calling the store to ask if the delivery was still on its way and they very rudely and condescendingly responded and said if I wish they can cancel the order and take the food back to the store. I told them it’s okay and I’ll just wait. Food never arrived so I called another hour from the first call (two hours after placing order) and they rudely explained that they thought I wished to cancel the order and that the food is back at the store. I don’t know what’s going on but I would really appreciate a restaffing at this location. Complete garbage.

Made a door dash order close to closing time. No contact to let us know they couldn’t make the order. Waited 45 minutes with no reply. The least you could do is be courteous enough to cancel the order before you pack up and decide you’re not gonna take 5 minutes to make two sandwiches.
