Taco Bell - Riverside

The placement of the employees in the drive-thru leaves too much to be desired. they forget that they deal with the public and the employment determines the height! the world of the world bell definitely needs a lot of work in the customer service department and common courtesy to offer serviettes automatically in the pocket. the men are not animals and delete their faces not on their sleeves!

This taco bell exceptional offers customer service each every time I visit her! my eating is always fresh and the quality of the food is delicious! great job taco bell! keep the good work!

I always eat here and so far they were consistently good. Eating is always fresh and correct. the people are friendly and fast. not sure what they can ask of a taco bell.

This Taco Bell is probably the best one I've ever been to. The food is always great and quickly made (I typically order through the app and then pick up at the drive-thru). The woman at the window is exceptional, she noticed that I was really hungry (practically drooling) and asked if I wanted a drink right away. Super charming! You can't beat good food and good service!

I typically do not leave negative reviews, but the staff at this Taco Bell location are incredibly unprofessional. This is not the first time I have had a problem here, but today was the worst experience yet. I placed a mobile order and was asked to wait in my car while they prepared it, which I was fine with. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I had to get out of my car to find out they had forgotten about my order. This is completely unacceptable. The drive-thru line was not long and they did not seem busy, yet they were casually chatting and carrying drinks around. They frequently forget items in my order, but today was the last straw. It is no surprise that they work in fast food - their incompetence is glaring.
