THEY TRIED TO KILL ME!! Alright, to be fair; based on the New York penal code China max (the new name of Wok Roll did not exhibit the necessary Mens rea to be found of guilty of attempted homicide with the use of General Tsaos chicken. They are, however, incredibly guilty of serving really nasty chicken that still has bits of bone in it! In all seriousness, the people working here are friendly enough and i have had other things on the menu that are okay (not great, but it is mall food . Tonight, however, I got the General Tsasos chicken with friend rice. The rice was dry but not horrible and the chicken had a decent flavor, but I found TWO bones in it. The first one I thought was just a fluke, so I threw it away and kept eating, the second one actually cut my gum (it was sharp! . They need to fix that before someone chokes and sues them, seriously. Two bones in one dish...that 's just no!
I 'm sorry but they were so rude! I will never go back to this place. The lady literally threw the food at me and didn 't present anything which could possibly seem like customer service !
Their beef smelled like actual garbage. I demanded a refund and got it. Don't eat here please. Lobster Wok is a better choice by far.
Gross, don’t eat here. I came here to eat because google says the Nathan’s next to it is permanently closed (i sadly found out it’s not right after sitting down with my food from wok and roll). It was just the Pf Chang’s microwaveable rice you can buy at Walmart and so overpriced. And DONT get the general chicken it tasted like the smell of urine. Really grossed me out. Just go to Nathan’s or skip lunch.
