Excellent! The food, service, care helpfulness of the owner and staff... exceeded all expectations. I had the Huevos Ranchero's and they were the best I've had I must say as far as can remember. The refried beans and rice were perfect as well. Of course I will go back it was certainly worth the drive from Mare Island! My husband also loved the Eggs Benedict potatoes.

Friendly, old school Mom and Pop fish and Mexican food restaurant. Raul runs the place.Kind of pricey for what you get.

We just back from Raoul’s for lunch. All three of us loved our omelets. The biscuits were great? My omelet had ham, mushroom, and avocado. You can also choose your own mix. There is a senior option menu, with two egg omelets available, but I really wanted to try their biscuits. A LOT of food! The service was prompt and attentive.
