Galitos Grill Ipanema - Rio de Janeiro

Had my first Galeto here in 2018, can't count on my hands the number of times I have been there, great place, great value for money as well.

Good food. Tasty, good portions and prices. Clientele can be a bit raunchy but that is the area.

I have been attacked and threatened by a bum from the street while I was eating inside the restaurant. The service staff did see this situation but did nothing about it!!! It's a very busy crossroad at a high crime area. Maybe one of the most dangerous spots in Rio. It's highly likely that you get robbed inside this restaurant.

I love the grilled chicken at this place. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. The whole grilled small hen costs 21 reals. The chicken is fresh and grilled to perfection. Yum Yum Yum.

Been here many times , excellent but noticed they have put the price's up . But still great
