Great food, fair prices, golf course view! Friendly, accurate, efficient staff!

I ordered two Rincon Burgers for takeout last night they were delicious cooked to perfection! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu items! To top off the 5-star experience, the young lady working was super polite!

Had dinner last night. A party of ten was no problem. Kim was the best! Our food came out all at once and we all had something different. Everyone agreed that it was all delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Rincon.

We had a fantastic experience at this new restaurant in Rincon! The menu was fresh with plenty of choices, and the drink specials were incredible (I got a craft beer for $3 and a mixed drink for $6.50). Our waitress, Kim, was amazing. She was friendly, funny, and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. She made sure our drinks were always full. The food was delicious and came out promptly. For appetizers, we enjoyed the charcuterie plate, bruschetta, fried mozzarella, and my wife had the tomato bisque. I ordered the Rincon Burger, cooked to a perfect medium rare with just the right amount of spice from jalapeños and chipotle. The kids devoured their chicken fingers and fries. We will definitely be returning and recommending Fairway Bistro to our friends.
