It is a farm with direct production of raw milk cheese and eggs with ground farm. Mixed appetizer cheeses very abundant, first tasty. Unfortunately, the outside environment, leaves a little to be desired... But if you are lovers of cheese and nature typically to try...

Wanting to try something authentic compared to what we offer in the city, we discovered this farm in the Florentine countryside, where the atmosphere was similar to visiting friends and stopping at lunch. Fresh and seasoned cheeses of their own production, as well as fresh ricotta (hot! I swear the first time I tasted it in my life), typical meats, strictly homemade pasta, and roasted sausages slaughtered two days before. Do not miss the red wine “of the house”, always in the area, which has nothing to envy to bottled wines. In short, if you are looking for real and genuine flavors, I recommend a visit to “The two hawks”.
