Mcdonald's - Ridgeland

Don’t visit this location if you don’t want to wait 30+ minutes for your food. Placed a mobile order and still waited 30 minutes. Drive thru and counter service are horrible!!

The meaning of fast food is fast food, LITERALLY, I don’t understand why it takes 15 minutes to get a fry McDouble. I could literally walk in make it myself in 5 minutes. I don’t know if it’s just high schoolers at night but corporate need to do something about response time drive through speed because it’s simply ridiculous. If you can’t manage to provide customer service, then just close the location ??

Everyone was kind, polite, and professional. Best experience I've had with the food industry in a long time.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget and when I got home to eat them I found an earring in one of my nuggets. I realized this after I looked in the mirror and saw my tounge was bleeding.

I very seldom eat fast food but the only thing I like at McDonald's is tye fish. Stopped by to get that and got home with a tiny sandwich with nothing but Fisk and bread. Was very disappointed.
