Strong drinks, big juicy steaks, a relaxed atmosphere and all at a reasonable price. Want a cheap steak? Go somewhere else. Want a good steak? Doe's is your place.
Apparently they just cook your steak they way they want to cook it and not what you tell them. I received a ribeye burned on the outside and **** on the inside and you send it back to the kitchen to cook some more which burns it to a shingle. The heat must have been up to high.They said they can’t butterfly a petite filet 40 minutes after placing the order but they can on the next size up so you have to order next size up. Everybody else can butterfly a 6 oz filet.They are accustomed to bringing out rare **** steaks, when you ask for well or medium well done they look at you funny and act like it throws the kitchen in a tailspin to request such.The salad and potato were average not what you would expect with a $50 steak. You can’t ask what the ingredients are in the crab stuffed mushrooms because it’s a heavily guarded secret, well I don’t think there was much crab in them at all and that’s why we asked what was in them, we didn’t want your recipe. No lump crabmeat at all. Very unusual for stuffed mushrooms.Overrated and a waste of $100! And who wants to sit by a big screen TV and listen to loud patrons screaming their lungs out over a football game. Everything about this location ruins the name and reputation of the original restaurant.
Amazing steaks. Huge thick cut with a nice seared crust. I got the Ribeye and I highly suggest a medium rare.
Amazing quality steak with a friendly atmosphere. They are open on Valentine's Day. Make a reservation and share the love with a local family run restaurant.
