Arby's - Ridgecrest

I would expect that with q new building they would want to keep it clean. Visited 6/2 @noon and the floors by the drink location were soaked. Can't say it was overly busy, lobby had overwhelming smell and greasy tables. I expect better honesty, get someone to mop your floors and wipe your tables. You can do better Arby's.

Every time I come through the drive through since they changed locations, my order is either totally wrong, severely overcooked to the point that it's ash, or both. I would have figured that, being the only person in the drive through, or even in the restaurant, my order would be correct but that was too much to assume. Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich as the only person there, got a roast beef sandwich that tasted old and burnt somehow.

I was the only one in the Restaurant 40 minutes before closing. Chairs are on tables floor was already mopped. And I waited at least 20 minutes from my sandwich and fries. The man at the register was busy trying to get ahead of closing.. I counted 4 staff members in the back with no other orders in the drive-through and me being the only one in the store.. I thought the service was very very poor.. The young man at the register was nice. But all who said on the way out wassorry for the weight.. When I got home I realized that my sandwich had very little meat in it but the French fries were warm
