Went last night 23/3 we really enjoyed all nannn brot amazing best ever I had huh patheia hubby hadn tandoori garlauch rice spot on tried bombay kartoffels 1st time ever.

Had a meal here last night with the family after driving up from London for our weeks holiday. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Their preparation and presentation of the dishes are totally different to what we've experienced before. For example, the Bombay Potato was actually new potatoes with the skin still on cooked in the herbs and spices whereas all other Indian restaurants I've been in just use normal chopped potatoes. The food was full of flavour. We would definitely return!

Arrived at opening time and so expected to wait a little until everything gets going (we're always first whenever we go out and so expect it). What we didn't expect was the lovely front of house chap to explain there might be a short wait which was useful. Lovely setting, an Indian restaurant in building from the sixteen hundreds, but a good match. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and couldn't fault anything! Small seating area so book in advance.

The dining experience was wonderful. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff. We will definitely return. Thank you!

The restaurant has a simple and traditional atmosphere that fits well with the old town. The food was average and affordable. The staff was friendly. I would recommend making a reservation if dining during peak hours or for special occasions.
