Service from the staff today was fine. Most of the negatives at this location are due to owners/management. I hope the ownership etc. changes.
Busy location at Hillcrest Mall food court. No frills, efficient service, correct order.
I ordered an vanilla latte today, there is a long nail in the cup when I almost finished it. That is so disgusting. What a food safety!
I do like Tim Horton’s, but NOT this one. The food court in general in this mall has gone downhill.
