My clothes got stink smell after visiting. Some annoying flies and mosquitos are frying around. A table with broken legs for years never got fixed. d=Donut and muffin crumbs often on the tables and the floor! Hygiene of this place definitely needs to be improved!
One of the staff’s attitude to me this morning is very bad! I feel so sad! This is my first time here and do not want to come here again! Bad customer service! And seems like no body knows if there is orders taken from the touchscreen and they didn’t even care why the customer standing there so long. When I asked one staff about my order, she is very impatient! If the customer waited at the wrong pickup location because they are first time come to this store or sth. Please have your staff patient in speaking attitude!It’s ruin my morning! Very disappointed!
I was charged an incorrect amount at this Tim Hortons location. They charged me $4 more for the same order at different Tim Hortons location and in app order. I talked to the store manager, he refused to solve this problem. Very bad customer service with hidden fees charged. I am very frustrated. Please double check your receipt when you order at this store.
