Unfortunately the employees were talking so loud that was really disturbing.There is no price on donuts and other products. I think the reason is that they have raised the price more than 40 percent and they don't want the customers to find out. Test it for yourself!

Staff named Jennifer was incredibly rude and condescending. In addition to the general disrespectful attitude, when my friend asked about how to use the gift card, she instead almost redeemed our reward points. When we passed her the gift card she told us to just use it and stared at us when we did not know to swipe it rather than helping us out. She also did not bother to add rewards in the end. Extremely poor service and would not visit again.

Coffee doesn't taste right here. Maybe watering it down like other comments mention.Washrooms are not clean at all. Men's washroom constantly has a poor odour, insects, and toilet paper strewn around the stall. Toilet seat was broken as well. Weak water pressure in the dirty sink.How are employees able to wash their hands and remain sanitary?

I come to this location all the time. But recently, they have been making the worst coffee ever. The coffee literally tastes like water, and when you add cream and sugar it just taste like watered down cream and sugar.Today I tried ordering a black coffee and coming home to add the cream and sugar myself, and it was just as awful.They definitely double or triple passing and I would avoid this location if they continue making their coffee this way.
