The pork katsu with rice is nice. The fried pork is crispy. The flour surface is thin. The meat is of good quality. The sweet and sour sauce for the katsu is well balanced. Instead of pouring on the katsu and undoing crispy surface, it is served in a separate small container. This reflects that the chef attends to details. Also appreciate very much that furikake rice seasoning is applied. What impresses me most is the lemon dressing on the salad. This makes the salad strikingly refreshing in particular in the late summer. The attendants are friendly. (We spent almost two hours there but they were friendly throughout the meal). The environment is also good. A delightful experience in dining at this restaurant .

The portions are generous and taste are good. Servers are attentive.
