Steak 'n Shake - Richmond

Be ready for a long wait. as typical for steak and shakes, they never have enough seats. at 11:45 clock for 15 minutes. Of course they don't have a waiting zone and once it was half an hour to get our food. if that had been better than average, it would be a thing. but burgers of mcd, bk and wendy are all better.

Henrico, va- a scandal to the chain. we have 40 miles away from the chain. they know their menu. even my high-time dinner at s s s s because pete. this place is a scandal to the chain. our food came after approx. 20 minutes, but we couldn't get any cutlery or serviettes. my man finally went to the register and instead of a messer and gave us the type a wat of serviettes and four forks. his milkshake came after eating, nice that I didn't order the chili because we would wait for spoons!

This is my first visit to Steak and Shake and I must say that it may be my last.
