Richmond Country Club

Probably a nice course but wouldn't know the trash taking calls at the pro shop either keeps turning me away or told me i didnt have enough time to play a round before dark at 2pm

2 weeks ago I arrived and asked for a cart for 2 people for 9 holes. I was told I can NOT take a cart after 4oclock because of sunset. I arrived today at 3:12 for the same exact amount of players and a golf cart for 9 holes and was told the cut off is 3oclock. Is this a joke? Same gentleman each time at the counter. Hmmm Clearly he wants to leave early instead of taking hard earned money.

Great course, well kept, tough course but fun to play

Played this Sunday and after reading the last review I can confirm this course is awfully slow. Almost a 3 hour front 9, with people playing from the tips that couldn’t hit it last the women’s tees. Rangers? No where in site Pro shop? Closed at 4:30 PM This course has gone down hill fast just a heads up, tee times are 8 minutes apart you’ll never finish a round if you start 5 hours before the sun sets. God speed.

Played herewhen it first opened and loved it. Came up from S.C.and played, still awesome. Pro Shop was gracious and genuine. Even the starter was a gentleman. For the high handicapper, ply the right tees. Keep the ball in play and enjoy the ride. Highly recommended.
