We went there Monday night. It wasn't so busy. It took only 5 minutes to have or order, but then it went downhill. It took a long time for our order. When it came, the sandwiches were only ok $20.00 per....The French frits were cold and were only pieces and pieces and really dark brown. We waited for the waitress who never asked if everything was okay. I didn't last long, how long it took, but unnecessary to say we were almost finished our sandwiches. We finally got attention and asked for more pommes than we were so terrible. She came back later and left new pommes and left. Never again check if we wanted to drink more or if the fries were fine. After all, she got back attention and the manager came over. He examined the Pommes and agreed that they were bad and went to get more pommes. Unfortunately the frits were hot, but really dark brown with small pieces. We said the fries were terrible and that there was obviously/y a problem with the dirty oil, let alone the small pieces. he argued with us and was very rude and actually raised his voice and said that this is what we serve. So I wouldn't blow my top, I said okay and let it go. Basically, he didn't care what we thought and did nothing, even though we didn't eat the fries. Never.

Very nice staff and good value for money. we came as a big party and they immediately took care of us

Eggs Speck crushed potatoes came out....10 minutes later we came out of Toast!! The waitress was nice, I think her name was Hailey. Job well done beautiful girls to smooth the complaint of a customer. Wait, the staff should take out a sheet... if your book. Breakfast was also delicious

I had the beef and the woman had the function of tuna salad. Very kind greetings brought us to our table and our server immediately brought pure drinks and took our order. Food quickly came as ordered and was very delicious. Great work White Spot...Richmond

When I am here in Canada my Best friend go to breakfast here every day Sourdough toast smash browns crispy bacon eggs over easy All done to perfection What more can I say !
