Starbucks - Richmond

The place is closed and there is no closed notice, what a bad service!!!

This restaurant has limited hours and is located inside the Sheraton hotel. We arrived at 9am only to find it closed. It would be convenient if it were open longer hours, especially with three hotels in the vicinity. The reason for the limited hours is unclear, but they must have their reasons.

Used to love coming here. But now there’s a lady today that ruined my experience. She did not add enough sugar in my drink and when I asked for sugar to be added, she did not understand and was saying she already added sugar and needed me to repeat myself several times. I also added for no ice but she gave me extra ice. I gave tip too… she does not pay attention and is rough. She also did not tighten the lid for a hot drink for a gentlemen behind me, causing the hot drink to spill over him. Bad service from this Asian lady. I came on Sunday May 21 1:00 PM

Is a Starbucks, opens at 6am which is it's best feature ?

I always go to this restaurant for coffee during my walks. The staff is amazing and very friendly.
