Kfc - Richmond

They do not serve customers in order! After I paid for my lunch, I noticed three new customers who ordered and received their meals before me. When I inquired about my food, the staff member just pointed to the other register.

They closed 10 minutes early, so I couldn't place my order. The staff seemed lazy and a bit unsettling in the back.

I ordered the Zinger Box Combo, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The chicken in the burger was small and dry, and the two hot wings were also dry and tough. I made my order during lunchtime, hoping it would be fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp for too long, but that wasn't the case. I won’t be returning.

The chicken sandwich is as small as a mcdonals cheeseburger. I loved kfc, but that's ridiculous. popeyes has three times the huh for the same price. they open the office, they go bankrupt.

The service at the KFC is fine. It isn’t exceptional, but as far as fast food locations go, you get what you pay for.
