Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Richardson

The pulled pork sandwiches were mediocre with no flavor, and the pickles and onions were stuck to the bottom of the container. The presentation was lackluster, resembling roadkill. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The manager and staff were fantastic and extremely attentive! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. We were especially happy when the manager stopped by during our meal to ensure everything was to our liking. Excellent customer service and a delightful dining experience!

I placed my order through the app which allows for selecting a pickup date. I always choose the earliest option since I usually order while already in the car. I opted for curbside pickup and this restaurant has designated pickup spots clearly marked before the entrance, along with a phone number to call upon arrival. After checking in on the app, a simple call notifies the staff of your presence and they promptly bring out your order. The staff is friendly and the process is efficient.

If you like to go to Dickey's, never go differently, because I was in some of them in Dallas... but this on Richardson tx is the best BBQ big customer service. Very much appreciated!!!! Parking: Large car park

I am here regularly and I receive the greatest food and service. Parking: parking spaces outside the door are available. Accessibility: The Handicap ramp is on the front door that I use with my walker
