Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Rialto

Bbq katsu mix is my man apos;a favorite! my fac is the island white fish

The portion was much smaller ordering on DoorDash than when I go to the store myself. There was no vegetable mix and there was barely any chicken on the plate. Was left very unsatisfied with my food.

The food is delicious and the portions were good. Ive never had the food in person but I was satisfied with my delivery order. The only thing was they gave me a Coke Zero instead of a regular Coca Cola

It feels petty to rate a restaurant low for a missing item. I ordered chicken katsu with steamed rice. So far the food is great. It looks like it was cooked with a high standard for quality. All of this is great, except for one thing. I didnt receive any sauce. Its worth a three star rating because Ono has essentially served me orange chicken with no orange sauce. Id be understanding if they were out and communicated that to me before I received a box full of chicken tenders lol

Island white fish not well cooked on the inside. Overall it was very good
