Hit the drive through for timbits while on a road trip. Bought a box of 50 and asked for a mix and was given the most depressing selection I have ever received at a Tim Horton’s no chocolate, no birthday cake, nothing but plain. To add insult to injury, towards the end of the road trip the box fell apart and the uninspiring timbits all fell onto the floor. Absolutely devastating.

Service is slow! Too much emphasis on drive-thru and not enough on clients who walk in.

Our order took a while to arrive, but the staff were kind and accommodating.

Intrigued by this, we extended an invitation to the staff to participate in the Portrait of a Nation artwork. We believe that engaging with the individuals behind the scenes adds depth to our project.As the curator, I confidently recommend Tim Hortons as a top pit-stop choice across Canada.
