Unfortunately no visit worth eating portions too small and we waited too long for our drinks. Shame

Delicious good food large portions and delicious fresh salad from the buffet beautiful witsmen we were there and more often were never disappointed.

From the spontaneous reservation to the settlement of the bill a completely harmonious evening. They were welcomed very friendly; They got the drinks very fast and after ordering the food you were directed directly to the salad bar so that not only the feeling of waiting was created and also quickly followed the food. We were third and in the end no one was hungry and enthusiastic about the good food. The sympathetic waiter always knew exactly when the need for further drinks existed.... We definitely come back!!

On Saturday we were here at 5 for dinner. It was my mother's birthday. The greeting was mountainous in Cologne you would say so lala...drinks came quickly after all there were we ordered at 7.20. Unfortunately no one told us that we were allowed to go to the salad bar ourselves, only on request it was confirmed to us. The salad was fresh, the dressing vinegar oil) a trace too sour. We had 2x the carving in pepper sauce, which was a roast sauce without peppercorns, turkey carving with mustard sauce, baked carving with resin cheese and a kind of Holsteiner carving with mirror egg, once the wrong supplement was given we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for food!!! An unding without being pointed out that it can take a long time. My carving with the non pepper sauce was delicious, but it is a carving with croquettes from the friteuse, which I also get to the turkey carving was good at...the other one did not really taste it. Much worse, however, that as a guest you can see how the waitresses say: The dirty dishes are stacked in the guest room, really unsightly. The tablecloth was already at the beginning dirty the waitresses gradually became more unfriendly, thanks to the stress. I don't know what's going wrong here, too little staff in the service in the kitchen?!? But I guess in March it won't be the store anymore, because waiting for the food for so long, that's not going to happen! The portions are much too luxuriant, better pay attention to quality and keep an eye on the times a little more. There are 3 stars from me because it tasted me, but I wouldn't come back.
